WHO IS HAUG ADVISORY?

Haug Advisory is a consultancy specialized in Executive Leadership Advisory, owned and lead by Jon Erik Haug.

With 35 years of operational experience managing companies with valuations exceeding $1 billion, Jon Erik has served as a trusted advisor to Norwegian and global CEOs and executives, as well as to McKinsey and its clients.

His firsthand experience in executive leadership, and experience from advisory and coaching, has helped him problem-solve for leaders and corporates in the private sector, start-ups, scale-ups, and family offices.

He holds an MSc in Business (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian Business School, an MBA from IMD and has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. He is also a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach programs for individuals and teams.
