About

Jon Erik specializes in leadership development, team work and organizational efficiency.  In his work with leaders in the private sector he draws on his unique experience of leading complex global companies, crisis management and sweeping change programs in agility, cost reduction, market performance and talent management.

The benefits of working with Jon Erik include reduced cognitive overload, increased resilience, improved team performance, increased efficiency and impact as leaders. Working with ambitious people who want to unleash their potential and make a positive difference, Jon Erik’s aim is always to cut through complexity and enable his clients to find high impact actions.

For more than 30 years he held senior leadership positions with P&L responsibility in the ICT industry, located in three different countries.  His most recent roles have been CEO for Telenor Denmark and Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer for Telenor Group, with a workforce of more than 30000 global employees.

He holds an MSc in Business (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian Business School, an MBA from IMD and has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.  He is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach program 1).
